Will I work for Adelphi or the hiring facility?
You will become an employee of the hiring facility, not Adelphi. We act as the recruitment partner to match you with the right opportunity, but your contract, pay, and benefits will come directly from your new employer.
How long does the hiring process take?
The timeline can vary depending on the role, facility, and credentialing requirements. On average, the process takes 4–8 weeks from initial interview to official start date. We work closely with you and the facility to keep the process moving efficiently
